Chicken Fajitas in a Flash
Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil

3 tablespoon lime juice

3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 teaspoon chili powder

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

4 cup red, green, yellow, and/or orange sweet pepper strips

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

8 7-8 inch flour tortillas, warmed

Desired toppings, such as pico de gallo, chopped avocado, and/or sour cream
Directions

Preheat broiler. For sauce, in a medium bowl combine first seven ingredients (through salt). Remove 1/4 cup of the sauce. Add chicken to remaining sauce, turning to coat.

In a 15x10-inch baking pan combine sweet peppers and onion. Drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup sauce. Top with chicken.

Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are charred, turning chicken once.

Slice chicken. Serve chicken and vegetables in tortillas with toppings.
